Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Customers must notify us of any return or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items
